Full Journal pdf2003-05-16 House Journal Page 1751 HB 162 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 15, 2003, calendar (page 1697), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 162(RLS) am "An Act relating to fees adopted by the Department of Natural Resources under AS 44.37.025 or 44.37.027 and to business license fee; and providing for an effective date." Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that that CSHB 162(RLS) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2. Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, CSHB 162(RLS) am was returned to second reading. Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2?"
